In 2011, I started a cinema collective with my good friends Andre Nutini and Liam Mullany. Initially, we called ourselves Absolute Zero Cinema because we had absolutely zero ideas for what to name our troupe. Since then, we’ve travelled around the world shooting and producing action sports films, shorts, and commercials for brands such as Smith, Audi, Destination BC, Adidas, The North Face, and Rocky Mountain Bicycles; in doing so, we’ve gained a definite brand identity focused on quality and innovation, making the “Zero” an unnecessary moniker. Absolute Cinema is here to stay.
